I've been mulling over Chris Brogan's comment that Moo cards are easily lost and one should use regular-sized cards, but I like that for twenty bucks, I can customize 100 cards to an event or conference. I tend to hand those out first and then if a more serious conversation evolves, share my biz card.
Your larger question really hits the nail on the whole transitional issue today of brand associations with companies vs. individuals. I think you need to decide what best represents your brand--you in terms of your reputation and authority, or your company. So if your online persona, Banannie, or Annie Boccio, drives your brand, your company, website, and blog(s) need to be subordinated under that, I guess.
Me, I'm a very big beleiver in the Annie Boccio brand!
